Carrying out a comprehensive perusal of the concept of the “savior” in Christianity in general and in the New Testament in particular would reveal that there is a clear correspondence between Christianity and Shiism, concerning this concept. Going deeper in this study, the researcher might also find similarities in the details of this concept, as the sudden appearance and purifying the globe, as well as other events that justify the unity of all divine religions in accepting the concept of the savior.
In this regard, this research strives to shed light on this understanding in Christianity, proving the fact that the concept of the savior is a common understanding among all divine religions.
